These Terms govern your use of the BuyPlanes app and website (the "Service"), a marketplace where users list and discover aircraft for sale. By using BuyPlanes you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are solely responsible for the listings and content you post, and you represent that you have the right to sell what you list and that your information is accurate. You must not post content that is false, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, or unlawful. You grant BuyPlanes a non-exclusive license to host and display your content to operate the Service.
BuyPlanes is a venue that connects buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, endorse, or sell the aircraft listed, and we are not a party to any transaction between users. You are responsible for your own due diligence — including inspections, logbook and title review, escrow, and airworthiness verification — before buying or selling. Aircraft transactions carry significant risk; proceed accordingly.
Your first listing is free for a limited period. Additional listings are paid ($30 for a 30-day post, which you may extend), as described in the app at the time of purchase. Fees are for the listing service itself and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. Payments are handled by our payment providers and the applicable app store; taxes may apply.
You can report listings or block users in the app. We may review, remove, or deactivate content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that violate these Terms — including without notice for serious violations.
Don't misuse the Service: no reverse-engineering, scraping, interfering with security, uploading malware, or using the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
You may stop using BuyPlanes and delete your account at any time in Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuyPlanes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from transactions between users or from listings' accuracy. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which BuyPlanes operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
